Ready to take ownership of your life and your sobriety?

It’s time for us to work together.

"Sobriety is not a weakness. It's the bravest thing you'll ever do."

If you are reading this, there is a good chance that…

You are tired of constant hangovers, feeling lethargic and unhealthy from the effects of alcohol.

You are aware that alcohol is having a negative effect on your meaningful relationships in your life. (partner, wife, family etc)

You are feeling stuck and lost. Feeling like you have tried everything, and nothing works.

You feel you have no purpose and need support in finding a new direction.

You are lacking support, accountability and motivation in achieving a life free of alcohol.

You are wanting to find your creativity again, but realise alcohol is holding you back.

Or maybe things are going well in your life, but you cant seem to stop the drinking.

I get it. I have been there. I have felt ALL OF THE ABOVE at one point in my life.

Growing up in hospitality as a chef, I was very drawn to the counter culture lifestyle that kitchens offered. I wanted the chaos and I wanted the drugs that went with it. I spent over 14 years with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol and cocaine. At first it’s fun, until it’s not. Until you start to realise that the drugs and alcohol are controlling you and having a negative effect on all areas of your life. Your health; physical and emotional, your important relationships, your financial health…it affects everything.

In 2019, after hitting my own rock bottom, I decided enough was enough. I booked myself into a recovery/rehab community in Thailand for two months called New Life Foundation. I wanted to understand why I took drugs and why did they hold so much power over me in my life. The two months spent here truly put a 180 turn on my life and it was the catalyst for a deep personal transformation.

Since then I have achieved over SIX YEARS of sobriety, something I never thought was possible. I’ve been committed and dedicated to my sobriety and healing over this time. This has led me to take an interest in subjects such as psychology, eastern philosophy and spirituality. These interests led to me working with many different health and wellness mentors from around the world to understand more about my addiction.

Working with coaches, spiritual teachers/shaman’s with the healing powers of plant medicines, yogi’s, therapists and many more people along the way, these mentors have inspired me to keep going on this path. To help support my own journey and interest in holistic health, I have also completed a Qualification in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching and a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training which has helped in my journey of supporting others with an holistic approach focusing on mind, body and spirit.

I can wholeheartedly say that choosing sobriety has been the most the most amazing, beautiful and most transformative decision I have ever made in my life. Since I chose sobriety, I chose myself and everything in my life changed for the better, for example -

My physical health, my relationships, my financial situation, my confidence, my creativity, and my overall general feeling of happiness has ALL improved immensely.

My goal with sobriety coaching is to show the world that you can live a life without alcohol and drugs and truly thrive. I help others reclaim their clarity, creativity and confidence, without shame or judgement. I’m here to show you that you can still be wild and free in social situations even without the safety blanket of alcohol. It’s truly the most liberating thing to be able to show up in social situations sober and have the craziest time and wake up the next day feeling alive and refreshed. How cool would it be to wake up without a hangover EVERY DAY!! Think of how much faster you would achieve your goals.
